SHIPPING AND FREIGHT
All goods will be sent with FASTWAY couriers. Parcels are insured up to $1000.00. Cost of delivery is $10.00 N.S.W, $15.00 for all other states
FASTWAY WILL NOT DELIVER TO P.O BOX NUMBERS. THEY WILL ONLY DELIVER TO STREET ADDRESSES WHERE GOODS CAN BE SIGNED FOR.
All parcels must be checked before the delivery person leaves. DO NOT SIGN FOR DAMAGED GOODS. All goods will be checked prior to dispatch, any damages through transport is the couriers responsibility and they are liable for damages. If damage has occurred notify us immediately via email. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged goods. FASTWAY do have track and trace on parcels. If delivery has not occurred we can track it down. Please allow 1 week for delivery.
All goods will need to be signed for. Arrangements can be made for someone else to sign for the goods but it will be your responsibility if damage has occurred or parcels are missing.
Deliveries will go to the address on the order unless other arrangements have been made (contact us via email to arrange this)
If for some reason no-one is there to take delivery a card will be left and it will be your responsibility to pick your goods up from the depot or post office. If you need to make extra delivery arrangements it will be at your cost.
Arrangements can be made for goods to be picked up at our online premises by arrangement only.
PLEASE NOTE OUR ONLINE STORE IS INDEPENDENT FROM OUR RETAIL PREMISES.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
If you need to cancel your order you will need to notify us prior to dispatch. Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days after your order has been placed. Once orders have been sent you can not cancel. If you wish to return your goods it will be at your freight expense. All goods must be received back in original packaging unopened and security seals in place. Refunds will be given back onto the card which the order was paid from. DO NOT SEND ORDERS BACK C.O.D WE WILL NOT ACCEPT THEM. Prior arrangements will need to be made on returns as the on-line store is not staffed at all times. There is a 10% restocking and handling fee on refunded goods.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
Any item with a warranty will be covered by us or the manufacturer. Your item will need to be returned to us at your expense, we will check the item and repair or replace what ever needs to be done. We will ship this back to you free of charge. When sending goods back for warranty claims please make sure all your parts are there for us to be able to get the product going also include a copy of the original purchase docket .You may be able to make arrangements to bring it back to the on-line store for checking please contact us by email.
Warranties do not cover misuse, neglect or normal wear and tear. Always make sure the product you purchase is right for the size tank or whatever you are using the product for. We will not refund or exchange on wrongly purchased goods that have been used.
PLEASE REMEMBER TO NOTIFY US BY E-MAIL OF ANY INTENTION TO RETURN ITEMS UNDER WARRANTY.
PAYMENTS
We do not pass on your information to any third parties. All payments are made with visa or mastercard through ANZ GATEWAY we do not keep any card information in our computer system. All site information is encrypted we are not responsible for damage or failure of this site.
CROSSROADS AQUARIUM ON-LINE is independent from our retail store. Prices will vary from our online store and our retail premises. Not all items online are available in our retail premises. Please do not return goods to our retail premises as our staff cannot help you with online purchased goods or inquiries.

We will never at any time give your details to anyone outside Crossroads Aquarium.
